Full payment and Booking confirmation are required for entry into the property

Advanced booking of at least 48 hours is required.

Walk-in guests are not allowed entry.

Under Family Package: Maximum of 2 kids (5 years old and below) per Family Villa and 1 kid per Suite Villa are free if they will be sharing beds with adults as an extra person.

Should you need to cancel, we request that you contact Gusty Grove Tagaytay through email or Facebook Messenger. It's important to note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. The following fees apply:

• 15 - 30 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total booking 
• 14 days before the check-in date: 100% of the total booking

For bookings with a reduction in the number of guests, the following charges will be applied: 

• 15 - 30 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total booking 
• 14 days before the check-in date: 100% of the total booking

Free rescheduling is available for all bookings in case of a natural disaster, subject to availability and validity of your booking. A weekend surcharge applies to weekday bookings rescheduled to weekends.

Please be advised that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or any days not utilized due to early checkout or cancellations made 30 days before arrival.

For booking confirmation, kindly send a photo or screenshot of your payment together with booking details (name and reservation date) to booking@gustygrovetagaytay.com. Kindly expect a reply within 24 hours to confirm your reservation, otherwise you may also contact us via email or our hotline +63 (977) 062 7751.

We offer a 20% discount on accommodations and meals for seniors and PWDs who present their valid OSCA Identification Card prior to the time of payment or settling the deposit. 

• Discount applies to the cardholder exclusively and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Our guests are eligible for one promotion at a time. Please refrain from combining discount vouchers or codes with our current seasonal promotions.

• Registration of all guests is required prior to check-in.
• We do not accept walk-in guests, advanced booking is required.
• Check-in Time is from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
• Check-out Time is at 12:00nn with late check out fees applicable.
• Extra person or guest shall each be subject to additional charge per night (see rates)
• The property is only accessible via Twin Creeks Farm Road, entry and exit is recommended only during day time. It is recommended to use an SUV or similar if possible, use low gear at all times.
• Entry assistance to and from the property from the Ridge Road (Tolentino Highway) during night time or during heavy fog is available for your safety with advanced coordination through our designated rangers.

• Rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
• Breakfast service is from 7:00am to 10:00am at the Welcome Pavilion only.
• Guests are welcome to bring cooked food for complimentary reheating and plating in our main kitchen located at the Welcome Pavilion.
• Guests are provided complimentary access and use of the grilling station located by the poolside kitchen.
• Frozen grill items, snacks and basic supplies are available for purchase at our country store located at the Welcome Pavilion.
• Cooking service is available to guests, charges are applicable.
• No corkage fees are applicable for guests with overnight stay.
• Upon request and weather permitting, an outdoor dining and grill setup can be arranged.
• Upon request, private dinner setup can be arranged outside the Villa.
• Eating is discouraged inside the Villas and no cooking or heating facilities are provided. 
• The main dining hall at the Welcome Pavilion features a seating capacity of at least fifty (50) persons and expandable based on need for events and celebrations.

• To enhance our guests' comfort while maintaining a responsible approach to our energy usage, each room at Gusty Grove Tagaytay is equipped with one air conditioning unit. This policy supports our partial reliance on solar energy and addresses the ongoing development of our conventional power infrastructure. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work towards providing an eco-friendly and reliable energy supply.
• No smoking (including vape and other paraphernalia) is allowed in the property and most especially inside the villas. A designated smoking area is located at the welcome pavilion.
• Please switch off air-conditioners and electric appliances when not in use.
• Room cleaning service is conducted from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
• Linens are changed on a per stay basis in consideration of water conservation.
• Electricity in the property is subject to local conditions affecting the area and guests may experience temporary restrictions in appliance use due to this. A generator is available in the property for emergency purpose and use.
• Requests for extra towels and linens are subject to additional fees.

• When making a reservation with us, please inform our booking coordinator should you have pet-related questions and for us to guarantee the availability of our pet-friendly villa.
• Gusty Grove Tagaytay is a pet-friendly property, we will allow guests to bring up to two (2) trained pets (with maximum weight of 10 kg) per accommodation, but should be disclosed upon reservation. Pets must be fully vaccinated.
• A maintenance fee for pets shall be charged at Php800.00 per night to maintain our standards in accommodation.
• Guests must look after their pet’s safety at all times.
• Although we love our pets, Gusty Grove staff are not responsible for the care and cleaning up after of pets. Pet owner shall clean up after their pets, and disposed-off properly.
• Pet owner shall be liable for damages or injuries that may arise. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room and its contents. In the unlikely event that extensive cleaning and/or repair is necessary, guests may be charged additional fees starting at Php450.00.
• Strictly NO SWIMMING for pets on the pool. Penalty is Php 2,000 per pet swimming.
• Pets cannot be left alone in the Villas if they are not in a cage or restrained. There is an available play area for our pets at the back of the pet-friendly villa.
• Pets should be leashed or restrained at all times in public space around the property. Guests must be in full control of their pets and should be conscious not to bother other guests with excessive barking, non-friendly manner, etc.
• Guests agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Gusty Grove Tagaytay, its operators, owners, and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damages suffered as a result of their pet(s).
• Gusty Grove reserves the rights to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.

• Complimentary use of swimming pool is offered only to overnight guests.
• Pool towels are provided inside the Villa.
• Various floaters and pool toys are available for guests use.
• Proper swimming attire is required. We do not allow cotton or fibrous fabrics including wearing of shirts or denim into the pool.
• No food and drinks is allowed inside the pool.
• No pets are allowed in the pool.

• Bunk beds are available for drivers and caretakers of guests.
• Linens and toiletries are inclusive.
• Accommodation starts at P800.00 per night inclusive of breakfast.

• Day guests are subject to the same policies of overnight guest booking confirmation.
• Day guest rates are inclusive of meals and are available upon request.
• Day guests are allowed entry from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
• Special schedules for day guests of photoshoots and pre-nuptial activities are available.
• Day guests are only allowed to stay in the property up to 6:00pm. Extra person rates are applicable after 6:00pm.
